Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all digital channels.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, FB, Instagram, Google Ads, Tiktok and other digital channels.
- Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic
- Lead content marketing efforts including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and multimedia content.
- Develop scripts and creative concepts for video, audio, and promotional content across various platforms
- Manage social media strategy and execution across all relevant platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Monitor digital marketing budget and ensure ROI targets are met or exceeded
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
- Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing and marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative teams
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 1 years in a management role
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Knowledge of influencer marketing campaigns and the ability to manage and handle them effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) is a plus
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred
