Commencez’22 – One Step Ahead for Startups is an initiative by the Society of Computer Science of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, aiming to inspire undergraduates to develop their initial ideas and move into the business sector. Undergraduates who are willing to initiate a startup with an idea but need guidance and inspiration to come up with a vision were motivated through this. Mr. Nipun Kavishka, Managing  Director of SilverlineIT and graduate of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, was a guest speaker at Commencez’22.
